What are Oysterbucks?

Oysterbucks are available in $25, $50, $100, $150 presold cards.

These cards will be used in place of beer tickets for Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Pick up your pre-purchased Oysterbucks card at the gates with your receipt.

Cards can be reloaded on site with Cash, Debit or Credit.

Cards can be purchased on site.

What's included with VIP tickets?

Purchasing a weekend VIP pass grants you closer access to the stage. Free oysters during artists setup/intermission, free parking, inclusive bar access and exclusive access to the Nova Scotia Spirit Company cocktail bars.

Is Rock the Boat an accessible event?

Yes, Rock the Boat takes place in an open field with great visibility for everyone to see. Should you require additional assistance when leaving the campground or entering the site, please see one of our friendly volunteers at the front gate for additional assistance.

Where can I park?

Parking space is available at the event grounds. Weekend parking passes are available for $20, or you can purchase day parking passes for $10. Parking passes can be purchased at events.tvoysterfest.ca

Can I show up early to the concert?

Yes, come a half hour early to get settled in and enjoy some beverages before the show starts! Gate times will be posted here at a later date.

Do I bring my own seats?

You are required to bring your own lawn chair or bag camp chair.

How do I buy beer/food tickets on site?

Concessions will be available to attendees on the concert grounds. No outside food or beverages are permitted into the concert grounds except 1 sealed bottle of water, 1 sealed small bag of chips or granola bar or unless you have dietary restrictions. Must provide proof.

Can I buy food at the concert?

Yes, delicious island food options will be present at the 2022 Rock the Boat Music Festival.

Can you leave once you check into the concert?

There will be no re-entry past 6pm. Special considerations will be made for attendees with certain medical conditions. Please speak to our security personnel at the front of the site upon arrival.

Is this a 19+ event?

Rock the Boat Music Festival is an all ages event, however you must have proof of ID on you at all times to consume alcoholic beverages on-site.

How are we working safely with the PEI Liquor Commission?

• Rock the Boat is an all ages venue.

• Alcohol may be consumed almost anywhere on concert grounds. Rock the Boat Music Festival is an all ages venue, and please respect everyone on site. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the site with no tolerance for re-entry.

• Open liquor will not be tolerated.

• Do not provide liquor to a minor.

• Disobeying this policy will result in immediate removal from the site with no re-entry. Additional charges may apply.

• If something goes wrong, please speak with security or RCMP. They are here to help!

• Cannabis or other drugs are not permitted at Rock the Boat Music Festival without proper prescription.

• Fines may be administered for the following offenses under the Liquor Control Act:
– Minors using a fake ID: $200.00 fine, and removal from site.
– Minors using another’s ID: $200.00 fine, and removal from site.
– Adult passing liquor to a minor: $500.00 fine, and removal from site.
– Adult lending ID to a minor: $200.00 fine, drivers license suspension, and removal from site.
– Minors deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or other: Refused entry to site or removed.
– Minors found to be in possession of alcohol: Refused entry to site or removed

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed. With the expectation of service animals.
